Floor Expo - Return Policy

In-Stock area rugs may be returned for an exchange or refund within 72 hours. No exchanges or refunds on special order area rugs or runners. No Exchanges or refunds on cut orders and/or special orders.

Our Showrooms hours are as follow in ESTs:
Monday thru Friday from 10AM - 8PM

We are so confident in our ability to install all types of flooring. We guarantee our installations for an entire year. Remember most products have manufacturers warranties for defects, stains, tears, scratches, etc. Floor Expo guarantees installation only.
